SMS and Voice

Complying with applicable telecom regulations including TCPA (United States), TRAI regulations (India), and equivalent laws in your jurisdiction. You must obtain proper consent before sending automated messages or making automated calls.

Complying with CAN-SPAM Act (US), GDPR consent requirements (EU/UK), and applicable anti-spam laws in your jurisdiction.

Social Media

Complying with the terms of service of each platform, including Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, and Facebook/Messenger.

You must obtain and maintain all necessary consents from End Users before initiating outbound communications through any channel.

Integrations & Third-Party Services

Lexsis AI supports integrations with a wide range of third-party services. When you connect third-party tools, you authorize us to process data as follows:

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lexsis AI will not be liable for:

Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.
